"My first couple of months they were great. But then all of a sudden I can't get through to my agent. Nobody else in the office seems to be able to return a phone call. I called and told them on the machine I wanted to talk to Alyssa and Diane called me back and told me Shakira would call me the next day no call yet. I warned I would look for another agent, so I am. I've gone of and on without homeowners insurance because they can't call me back. They emailed a binder but can't call to explain the coverage. I looked yesterday online and it doesn't show I have insurance.

Update: Alyssa got me a new agent and so far she is great. She's very friendly and took time to explain my policy to me and answered my questions. So I have upgraded their rating to 4 stars. Thank you Rachel for taking this old worried lady on."
