"Let me start by saying changing insurance companies has usually been a nightmare for me . Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Shakira from State Farm insurance. This experience was like no other in a good sense. I had lots of questions, Shakira had all the answers. I've been known to get frustrated do to my A D D & A D H D .
